SHIPPING

  • Free 3-5 day priority shipping on all orders $99+
  • You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

RETURNS

Thanks for shopping with Ferny Boutique. We are sorry your items didn't work out for whatever the reason may be.

  • You are welcome to return the item (s) for a refund within 15 days from when your order was placed. 
  • If your return is ineligible and doesn’t meet the requirements listed for a return, it will incur a 25% restocking fee or sent back to you.
  • Returns older than 20 days will be rejected.
  • A refund will be issued after we have received your order back.
  • We deduct a flat fee of $6.99 for the return shipping and handling. 

In order to return items, they must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Stain Free
  • No Animal Hair
  • No Smell of Smoke
  • No Final Sale
  • Within The Date Range Specified In The Return Policy 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Unfortunately, packages can sometimes be prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team at support@fernyboutique.com
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect all items immediately. Any issue with your order must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order and it can be submitted in our Return Portal. Once the issue is submitted, you will receive an email with steps to continue to resolve your issue. If you have processed a request for a defected or damaged item, please wait for confirmation before shipping back your items. If a defect is found after the 3-day window, the order may incur a 25% fee. We are unable to offer compensation on a defected or damaged item if it is longer than 3 days' time and it must meet all return requirements listed above.
